First off, I have some ‘housekeeping’ to take care of before we launch a new plan to link to some of the best articles from USA TODAY Sports Media Group’s BillsWire to bring you all the news about the Buffalo Bills and so much more. Many thanks to our BillsMafia leader Del Reid, who suggested we bring together the work we’re doing at BillsWire and link it through our BillsMafia blog so we can provide the best of both worlds.
What I didn’t realize until starting to put this together is that I’ll also be able to add my own ‘wyobabble’ drivel together with the fine work done by the other great writers at BillsWire. Winner!
Before lurching forward here, I also have one other announcement to make. I’ll be leaving on Tuesday, March 7 for a sailing trip around St. Lucia and the neighboring islands for a couple of weeks (returning March 23). The only thing better than owning a sailboat is having friends that own one ;)
Our friends tell us this will be their last winter sailing, so the opportunity to sail one last time with them was a no-brainer. My access to the Internet will be very spotty, if at all, so at this point I’m not certain how much I’ll be able to post while I’m gone. I’m hoping to be able to post pictures on Twitter from time to time though so stay tuned.
Also, consider yourselves warned… when I return… I’m going to be bugging all of you for more fan stories to publish. It’s my very favorite part of the job, so start thinking about sharing your story with the rest of the BillsMafia family. You can contact me on Twitter @RobynMundyWYO if you’re interested and I’ll let you know how we can put your story together.
OK, without further fanfare…
Our first BillsWire article is by @StephenCulley who reviewed the winners and losers from Friday’s workout at the NFL Combine. Friday was devoted to offensive lineman and running backs, and there were some surprising results you may find very interesting.
Who wouldn’t love a 334-pound guard named Mama?

Thanks again to everyone who supports our BillsMafia blog. I look forward to a productive off-season bringing you the best of both worlds.
